Bits of Gold does not provide wallet's support services.

There are many different wallets out there. In general, please make sure to get a safe, well-known and protected wallet app. 

In order to open one, you must download the app, sign up and choose a password you will remember. In order to back up your wallet in case of theft or loss, write down (and don't take a picture of) the 12 or 24 words that the app will provide you and store them in a safe place you will remember. 

We recommend that you choose to further secure your wallet with an authentication app, such as andOTP or Google Authenticator.
