There is an easy and simple way to check the status of your order(s). 

Go to our homepage, click on your name on the top right and choose "My Orders".

You will see a list of all orders you have made and their order number, according to their status:

-Orders that I have to complete

-Orders being handled by Bits of Gold

-Completed Orders

-Canceled/Declined Orders

You can click on top of the status of each order to see its full details. For example:

The information of your order is updated in real time. You can check at any moment the status of your order: when the rate was locked, when the coins/money were transferred and more.
